About The Event
We will explore the breastfeeding process and set you on the right course for success by providing you with information and practical exercises on:
- what to expect
- how breastfeeding works
- breastfeeding positions
- latching your baby onto your breast
- how to prevent and solve common discomforts (such as sore nipples or baby not taking your breast
- how to tell if your baby is getting enough milk & much more
The best time to attend is when you are in your third trimester.
The workshop is designed to be interactive, open to discussions and to answer questions from the attendees.
We encourage you to bring along your husband at no extra cost! Please inform us if he'll be joining us :)
