Some say that women have been doing it for centuries so why do we need to educate ourselves now?

THAT IS TRUE! Yet unfortunately this is not the case today.

A LOT has changed in terms of birth culture, and many women have lost NOT their ABILITY, but trusting their innate wisdom and confidence to birthing their babies.

This is due to factors such as SOCIAL MEDIA / TV where birth is portrayed as a horrific and awfully painful event 😰 But also non-evidence based ‘routine’ interventions, conveniences, lack of support and so on!

Join our Hypnobirthing taster and let’s talk about birth! 💜 Why it DOES NOT have to be a scary event, but in fact can be one that is welcomed with love and excitement. We will practice deep breathing, discuss the physiology of birth, take you through why a relaxed mind and body can lead to a positive birth experience - be it a natural, vaginal, or cesarean birth, and much more.
