Join me in group sessions online to learn and practice strategies to help you achieve a confident, safe, gentle – even comfortable – birth, be it a natural, vaginal or even a cesarean birth. The goal is to achieve a beautiful POSITIVE birth experience, one that is EMPOWERING to you! All UAE and International parents welcome to join!

We learn and practice breathing techniques, labour & birth positions, the physiology of birth, birth planning, coping strategies, labour (how to recognize it and what are the signs?), a very important decision making tool for you and your husband to use when/if faced with a sticky situation during labour, how to navigate your birth in the hospital and much more!
