DONA Doula Training Workshop - Feb 2023

💜 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗔 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 - February 2023 💜

As an active 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗮 in Dubai, I got my calling whilst being pregnant with Ilyas (my 3rd!) as I was preparing for my birth.  Through my extensive research, I came accross the term 'Doula' and 'Hypnobirthing' and decided not only did I want to explore these options, but they worked so great for me I decided to train as both a Birth Doula (twice!) and a Hypnobirthing Practitioner (also twice!), and I never looked back 🥰  

I am honored and humbled to have supported almost 100 families over the last 7 years as a Birth Doula, and my DONA Doula training enabled me to understand the physiology and miracle of birth in more depth, the power of women and how supporting a birthing couple can have a huge positive impact on the birth experience.  I went on to bring 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗔 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 to Dubai over the last years, and through them, we were able to train 40+ doulas in the UAE (some active, some under training and some who have took their practice outside of the UAE), but who all share a common positive feedback on their training and current practice (which I will be sharing some of over the next weeks) ✨
